I’m a psychoanalytically trained clinical social worker educated from the relational perspective. I work from the viewpoint that the human mind is vast and mysterious, behavior is motivated and shaped by myriad social/environmental experiences accumulated over a lifetime.
I also believe that there is infinite capacity for growth and change – once you get the right support. For the best outcome, patients should anticipate committing to weekly sessions for six months. Therapy is hard work but the kind of hard work that is both rewiring and rewarding. I look forward to connecting.
