Do you sometimes struggle to find your voice or move in a direction that feels aligned? I am deeply drawn to the work of showing up, holding space and providing guidance as a person does the work of moving towards an authentic and fulfilling life. Utilizing a liberatory framework with a steady and affirming approach, we can explore what areas of your life you would like to bring focus and healing to.
Welcome to the office! Located in downtown Lancaster city, there is street parking right out front. Come in and make yourself comfortable!
Over the past decade, I have worked in a variety of settings and treatment approaches. Areas of focus include substance use disorders, family members impacted by addiction, anxiety and depression. I work with individuals ages 14+.
My goal is to provide a comfortable space where we can lean into this work. There is power in growing awareness and naming and claiming our truth. A really important piece of therapy is finding a therapist that is a good fit for you and your unique needs. A free 20 minute phone consult can help us explore this! This practice is currently private pay.
