I implement various types of therapy depending on the needs of the client in my office. My primary focus areas are EMDR, CBT, & somatic skills. I strive to implement a person-centered and culturally sensitive approach and prioritize neuro-affirming intervention. My personal therapeutic framework is relational and heavily informed by Feminist Therapy.
My passion is helping my clients learn to accept & celebrate their neurotype, thrive in a neurotypical world, and deconstruct internalized ableism and complex trauma.
