As an LGBTQ+ and Neurodivergence affirming practitioner, I strive to make your therapeutic journey as manageable as possible by working with my clients at the pace that makes them the most comfortable. I specialize in late diagnosis of neurodivergence in adult women and gender non-conforming individuals as well as anxiety and those that struggle to communicate effectively and set personal boundaries. -I also offer equine-assisted therapy services for Veterans in Ottawa Lake, MI. I utilize various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, narrative therapy, and solution-focused therapy to treat a variety of diagnoses. I employ a strengths-based and person-centered approach and tailor my intervention to each client as an individual to ensure their needs are met.
