Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and I specialize in helping people overcome anxiety, build better stress management skills, and improve challenging relationship dynamics such as jealousy and codependency. I completed my B.S. in Women's and Gender Studies at Eastern Michigan University. This significantly influences me as a therapist, as I draw heavily from the feminist perspective, and the impacts of intersectionality. I consider myself an eclectic therapist, borrowing from CBT, Humanistic Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Acceptance and commitment therapy.
