I’m an addictions therapist who believes that meaningful change begins with feeling heard, understood, and supported. My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate, and judgment-free environment where clients can explore the challenges they are facing and develop the tools needed to move forward. With a background in criminal justice, marriage and family therapy, and substance use counseling, I bring a unique perspective to working with individuals and families affected by addiction. I understand that substance use is often connected to deeper experiences, relationships, stressors, and patterns that can be difficult to change alone.
My approach is collaborative and tailored to each client’s individual needs. I help clients identify triggers, develop healthy coping skills, strengthen relationships, build on their personal strengths, and create realistic goals for recovery and long-term wellness.
