I look forward to helping adults and children cope with issues that are interfering with their capacity to enjoy their daily life. I work individually with adults to help with issues related to life-transition (e.g., moving to a different country, transition into parenthood, career changes, etc.), anxiety, depression, body image, and relationship problems. I also enjoy working with children who struggle with parents' divorce, academic difficulties, relationships, inhibition, and trauma. Finally, I offer support groups for expecting parents or parents of young children (0-5 years old).
Prior to moving to Philadelphia I lived in Italy and New York City and worked with clients coming from a variety of countries and cultures. This gave me the opportunity of acquiring a culture-based understanding of mental challenges which I find extremely helpful in my work with clients.

Parenting group for fathers
This group intends to help fathers navigate the journey of parenthood through the support, knowledge and and experiences of other fathers. My role is to facilitate the discussion and share my knowledge about child development and parenting. This group is held online every Tuesday from 530pm to 630 pm.
