I enjoy helping people find answers and their strengths! I’m an openly Autistic/ADHD, geeky psychologist, and I'd love to help you live the kind of life you hope for! This especially true if you have or suspect you might have an ADHD or autism diagnosis, you've been recently diagnosed with autism or ADHD, or you just want to better understand yourself. If you're a geek or gamer who struggles finding a mental health professional who understands your hobbies, passions, and maybe even your career, I spent nearly 10 years doing mental health advocacy and policy work within the game industry, especially on burnout and workplace wellness.
I currently offer individual therapy for teens and adults of all kinds! I love working with autistic and ADHD individuals diagnosed later in life, as well as teens and launch-age, young adults who want to find success and their own way in life! I also offer psychological evaluations for teens and adults, focusing especially ADHD and autism assessments.
Finding a mental health professional is a vulnerable thing, and there are a lot of unknowns in the process. That's the reason I offer a free, 15-minute initial call - to discuss your needs, your questions, and generally make sure I'm the mental health professional you want to work with.
