You have worlds to explore within yourself, so much strength to uncover, feelings to connect with, and pain to heal. My intention is not to "fix" you, but to help you reclaim your power so that you can feel confident in your innate ability to work toward balance and growth. My aim is always for you to feel safe, seen, and heard. In a world that seems to constantly pull your energy outward in a way that doesn't serve you, I want to provide you with a space where you can turn inward, with intention and compassion.

My practice is foundationally social justice oriented. I take a holistic and integrative approach to wellness, informed by person-centered and feminist therapies. I use Internal Family Systems, Narrative therapy and EMDR as tools for healing and integration. In some cases I use art therapy as well.

I work with adults and teens 16+. The population I predominately serve are those in the LGBTQIA+ and ENM community. The other primary focus in my work is PTSD and complex trauma.
