We have all been there, contemplating the next move and where to steer ourselves during life transitions (i.e., such as going off to school, getting married, having children, or end of life decisions). You are probably feeling lost and overwhelmed. Life inevitability is a series of transitions and often ones with minimal ceremony or void of an instruction manual on how to proceed. In my years working as a therapist, I have adopted an existential and narrative approach in helping others traverse these life transitions. Much of our therapeutic work would be focused on developing the courage to author the life you wish to have.
Therapy is more than a conversation; it is meant to accurately assess what is within your power and who you are. Together we will focus on building your strengths, broadening your imagination, and helping you develop the courage to take action that is congruent with your truth and identity.
