This being human is difficult at times and part of the human condition is experiencing pain. When we don’t allow ourselves to move through our pain we can develop poor coping skills and or mental health challenges. My hope is to move with you through your challenges and develop a strong therapeutic relationship without judgment and with empathy, trust, compassion, and unconditional positive regard in order to assist in the development of the appropriate therapeutic tools and skills so you feel hope and accomplishment and as well as an overall reduction in whatever symptoms you may be experiencing.
I specialize in OCD, anxiety, and related disorders and my scope of practice includes mindful cognitive behavioral therapy, exposure and response therapy, and person-centered therapy.
No one is exempt from suffering, it’s part of the human condition, the goal is to observe and be present through each moment in life, the trauma, the suffering, and the happiness and joy. My hope is to help you find this balance, together. I’m a mom, a friend, a sister, a daughter, a wife, and I too have struggled with my mental health.
