Negative self-talk never stops reminding you that you are not enough and reminds you lack the will-power to reach your goals. Part of you believes you can’t change and this fear keeps you stuck. However, if you are reading this you have not given up on the idea things can get better. Therapy can provide the support your need as you learn to choose what you want rather than reacting from the past or worries for the future.
Lets explore how you might be sabotaging yourself and bring more balance, joy and abundance to your life. It is possible to have more energy, reduce chronic pain, maintain healthy body composition and even improve relationships by addressing emotional distress. I can help you do this!
Centrally located in Boise, my office is accessible and welcoming. With 24/7 online scheduling, evening appointments and the option for online counseling, I make it easy to fit therapy into your busy life. Finding a therapist that "gets you" is important so call today to set up a free 20-minute in-person or phone consultation or see boiserivercounseling.com
