Life transitions and relationships can be challenging. Life changes whether they are expected or unexpected can cause anxiety, stress, and sometimes depression. Trying to start or grow a family can be more difficult than it is made out to be. Facing relationship difficulties whether it be the relationship you have with yourself or with a significant other and questioning your sexual or gender identity can be challenging. I have several specialties: perinatal mental health, sexual issues, relationship issues, eating disorders / body image, trauma, navigating issues facing LGBTQ2AI+ community, and Gender Affirming Care. I have received training from WPATH (World Professional Association for Transgender Health) and working on national certification in Gender affirmative care.
I am unique because I have masters’ degree and licensure in both Mental Health Counseling and Marriage and Family Therapy. And I have a a national Certified in Perinatal Mental Health: meaning that I specialize in the mental health of individuals with infertility, fetal loss, and mood disorders with Peripartum onset. I am also Certified in EMDR by EMDRIA
