Welcome to Rooted Embrace! My intention for my practice is to provide a safe and welcoming space for all. In my practice I work collaboratively with folks to identify their specific needs, goals, and strengths; working to unwind oppressive expectations, systems and internal patterns.
I use a multifaceted approach in my practice, drawing from a wide range of therapeutic modalities. The areas I have sought additional training are gender identity, anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions. I have over seventeen years of professional and clinical experience working in medical settings, non-profit organizations, and healthcare.
Every person has their own reason for seeking therapy, and they are all valid.
