I can provide a judgement free and empathic space to address your primary concerns. In our work together, we will recognize and validate how these concerns are effecting your life. Our sessions will look a lot like a give and take conversation with the ultimate goal of empowering you.
My therapeutic style is a mix of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Person Centered. Together, we can work to challenge some of those negative thoughts and beliefs. We'll brainstorm what works best for you and help you build healthy coping skills along the way.
