I treat anxiety and depression in teens and adults. I utilize CBT techniques to decrease perfectionism, overthinking, stress and panic. I address relational issues in couples and family therapy through stress management, conflict resolution and communication building skills. I am a certified Positive Discipline Parent Educator.
I will provide you with a safe environment where you are both challenged and supported to move toward positive change. My goal is to help you improve your relationships and feelings while decreasing emotional distress and negative thinking.
