I am a trauma-informed psychotherapist who works with young adults struggling to manage the impact of trauma – anxiety, depression, social and mental isolation, self-harming behaviors, suicidal thoughts and ideation, dissociation from the body, difficulty with school, etc.
My approach to therapy is collaborative and educational. I guide my clients as they learn to effectively manage their mental health, find support from community, build meaningful and boundaried relationships, and enjoy daily life.
