At HeartsPlay, I support children and teens who may be struggling with grief, anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, and life transitions. My goal is to create a space where they feel seen, heard, and safe. I believe that meaningful change happens when kids are able to explore their experiences in a trusting relationship, often through the natural language of play.
I use different modalities to help children express themselves and process life’s challenges in a developmentally appropriate way. For teens, I integrate talk-based methods, expressive arts and play therapy skills to help connect thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
