My highest aim as your therapist is to co-create a lasting and genuine healing relationship, one where you feel supported to express yourself authentically and make the changes necessary in your life to live, love and work wholeheartedly. Together we will explore the issues, concerns and challenges that are coming up for you and how they are getting in the way of you living the life you want.

Working from a psychodynamic lens, the emphasis of therapy is on bringing more awareness to the areas of your life where you are stuck, confused or out of balance. This can include early childhood experiences, current relationship difficulties, work-life balance concerns and other personal challenges.

Over time, our insight into your psychological landscape, combined with the emotional skill set therapy brings can greatly increase your mental, emotional, physical and spiritual well-being. My current clinical and research interests include maternal mental health, masculinity studies and attachment theory.

Onine Group Therapy for Young Professionials

My online process group is a weekly therapy group for young professionals looking to talk about the things that are typically hard to talk about in daily life. Like, hurt feelings, competition or loneliness after work. My group is a space to slow down, be authentic, feel a sense of belonging, learn from others, track your progress and get relational feedback that supports your growth. Once people get more comfortable sharing their own experiences, hearing from others with similar issues and giving and receiving feedback, they often take this new confidence and relational skill set out in to their life.
