I work with adolescents and adults facing depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, and low self-esteem. Using CBT, DBT, ACT, and trauma-informed care, I tailor therapy to each person’s needs—focusing on resilience, emotional regulation, and self-compassion, while offering practical skills to support growth beyond sessions.
