Between Worlds: A Space for Acculturation Support
Between Worlds is a virtual therapy group for adults living between cultures who are navigating acculturation stress, identity development, and belonging. This group provides a supportive space to process cultural expectations, intergenerational conflict, and the emotional impact of navigating multiple identities.
