I have new availability on Mondays and Wednesdays at 9 AM, and Tuesdays at 10 AM or 11 AM! (As of 4/9/25).
I specialize in supporting women of color and LGBTQ+ clients who are navigating anxiety and depression and are ready to prioritize themselves—without guilt. Many of my clients are kind, caring people who often put others first, leaving them feeling drained and disconnected. They’re ready to slow down, show themselves more kindness, and figure out what truly matters to them. Often, they also want to feel more connected with others but aren’t sure where to begin.
When we begin working together, you might feel overwhelmed or uncertain about how to create change. My goal is to help you find the clarity and confidence to take those first steps. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where we can explore how your past experiences show up in your present life, and work together toward healing.
As a queer, biracial therapist, I understand the complexities of navigating multiple identities. I’m here to support you in embracing all parts of yourself while also identifying resources to protect against the ways society causes harm. My approach is strengths-based, blending mindfulness and IFS to help you build a deeper connection with yourself.
