About
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Minister, who is passionate about providing mental healthcare to people of all backgrounds. My desire is to treat the whole person: emotionally, mentally, and spiritually to offer you the care you need to flourish.
My specialties include anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, parenting, anger management, ADHD, trauma, and Christian Counseling. I am experienced in offering individual, couples, and family counseling. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused, Relationship/Interpersonal and Mindfulness modalities. I bring diverse experience from private practice, foster care counseling, and inpatient settings.
In addition, I enjoy helping build bridges between pastors, clergy, and parishioners to help understand mental health issues while developing comfortable working relationships with counselors and the community.
