Hello y’all! I’m an LCSW and LCDC with seven years of experience. I specialize in supporting people in early adulthood through midlife who are navigating substance abuse, complex trauma (PTSD), and dissociative disorders (DID & OSDD). My approach to therapy is client-centered, attachment-based, and real. I'll meet you exactly where you are, honoring your story and the relationships that have shaped it. I believe trust is the foundation of effective therapy, and I’m committed to creating a safe, supportive, judgment-free space where you can share and openly explore with curiosity.

As a woman in long-term recovery and a trauma survivor, I bring both clinical expertise and lived experience to my work. This background allows me to show up with authenticity, empathy, and a deep understanding of complex trauma. I bring four years of DID/OSDD experience and a commitment to informed, compassionate care for this population.
