Approaches utilized include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Client-Centered (Rogerian) Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Sex Therapy, IMAGO, Gottman and other modalities.
