I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in VA and TN with over 10 years of experience. I hold an M.Ed. in Human Development & Counseling from Lindsey Wilson College. I work with military, first responders, children, and adults. My specialties include severe behavioral and mental health issues, such as ODD, ADHD, DMDD, Borderline Personality Disorder, self-harm, suicidal ideations, complex and severe trauma, abuse, LGBTQ+ community, grief/loss, change in life status, foster care/adoption. I'm also a Board-Certified Supervisor for LPC and LMFT Residents in VA.

I believe healing is through connections, we learn and grow through our connections with others. I specialize in trauma focused work and use a plethora of modalities to meet the needs of my clients.

I offer therapy in my Abingdon office for those in the local area AND online via telehealth for those located in the state of Virginia and Tennessee (no TennCare).
