Are you experiencing distress after trauma? Do you lose time or feel disjointed internally? Do you have flashbacks or don't understand why you feel the way you do? I specialize in working with complex trauma and dissociation, including DID. I am experienced in EMDR Levels I and II. My work has been influenced by various models, including IFS, an engaging ego state approach. I regularly integrate Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) skills into the challenge of this work, which has proven to be a very effective combination. Additionally, I am Level I and Level II trained in using the Gottman Method for Couples Therapy.
The use of these evidence-based treatments helps to facilitate holistic healing and recovery. I bring an open mind and a welcoming spirit to my work, as I see it as a journey both client(s) and clinician embark upon together.
Are you tired of meeting virtually? I am excited to meet you in my office, and I welcome any questions you may have about how these treatments work and which may best address your goals for therapy. I genuinely look forward to meeting you to discuss your goals and intentions for our work ahead.
