I'm licensed to practice counseling in VA and NC. I have 14 years of experience and specialize in treating trauma, addiction, depression and anxiety. Grounded in Adlerian and Cognitive Therapy, my approach is strength-based, attachment-focused and person-centered, emphasizing emotional validation, self-acceptance, healthy relationships and positive thinking.
I'm the owner of the group private practice, Counseling Connect in Christiansburg, VA. I provide therapy for individuals 18+ and supervise pre-licensed professionals.
