I'm licensed to practice counseling in VA and NC. I'm also a Certified First Responder Counselor and specialize in treating trauma. Grounded in Adlerian and Cognitive Therapy, my approach is strength-based, attachment-focused and person-centered, emphasizing emotional validation, self-acceptance, healthy relationships and positive thinking.
