We integrate cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy and mindfulness, interpersonal psychotherapy, EMDR, and novel, body-based (dance movement, IFS, nature based adventure therapy, PACT, psychedelic-assisted, and sensorimotor) approaches to support you!
Our approach is eclectic and grounded in science. We work with you to develop the most appropriate treatment plan. We prioritize safe relationships with empathy, warmth, and acceptance. We offer individual, couples, and family psychotherapy as well as Body Liberation and Rock Climbing therapy groups!
