We are a group practice with highly trained therapists who specialize in working with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. Our approach is individualized and tailored to the person we are working with. Our clinical interests include, but are not limited to, working with anxiety, depression, trauma, post traumatic stress disorder, and LGBTQ-related concerns and gender affirming care.
Our clinicians have experience in implementing a wide variety of therapeutic modalities including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma Sensitive Yoga.
