I work with adults experiencing depression, anxiety, identity changes, LGBTQIA+ concerns, relationship challenges, self-worth issues, and trauma (racial, sexual, gender-based, socio-political, etc). My therapy approach is grounded in culturally informed practices that integrate Relational-Cultural and Psychodynamic theory with CBT and trauma-informed.
