I offer culturally responsive therapy for ADHD, anxiety, neurodivergence, burnout, relationships, and family stress. My approach blends narrative therapy, DBT-informed coping skills, solution-focused support, mindfulness, and family systems work to help clients feel more regulated, connected, and confident.
