You're in the right place!️ As a licensed Clinical Social Worker/Therapist, my passion and purpose are to help empower and provide my clients with tools they can rely on to make holistic changes in their lives especially when dealing with anxiety, depression, & everyday life issues! I have a bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Social Work with a Minor in Media, Communications, and Technology. I have been practicing for 10 years. I have tremendous background and experience working in different healthcare settings from inpatient and outpatient psychiatry.
I help clients who are dealing with depression, anxiety, and life issues such as career change conflicts, self-esteem issues, etc., learn ways to address these thoughts and feelings by implementing action steps to take to alleviate these symptoms to create lasting changes in their lives. Sessions are done via telehealth and are secure.
My approach is non-judgemental and very laid back however offers evidence-based and practical ways for improvement, maintenance, and solutions for change.
