About
Do you feel overwhelmed and pulled in a million directions? Are you struggling to have effective and open communication with your loved ones? If you answered yes to any of those questions then you’ve come to the right place. Together, we can identify what’s not working and get you to your happy place. I work with clients to identify their strengths and how to use them successfully while navigating through life. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including infertility, parenting issues, depression, anxiety, couples with relationship issues, career challenges, end of life concerns, and loss and grief.
My treatment style is laid back but warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach combines person centered therapy, solution focused therapy, narrative therapy, and motivational interviewing. I also look at a person’s strength because we are always our biggest critic.
I believe everyone has tools in their tool box to build on their strengths and I am here to guide you there. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. I meet my clients where they are and work collaboratively, at their pace, to make them feel safe, understood, and supported.
