Welcome to my Psychology Today profile! My goal, as a therapist, is to create a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your emotions, behaviors, and experiences in life. My passion in my therapy work centers around helping people navigate the challenges of living with Adult ADHD, Anxiety, CPTSD, Trauma, Codependency, and Communication/trust issues in relationships. I also have had success in treating erectile dysfunction concerns. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, but I also recognize the importance of tailoring treatment to each individual's specific needs and values.

I enjoy working with clients who want to get to the root of their struggles. These clients would like to gain insight into their symptoms, something difficult that has happened to them or to explore cycles and patterns that aren’t serving them. The clients I see often have attended therapy in the past. The clients I see also often present with attachment-based traumas, symptoms of post-traumatic stress, and difficulties in their personal and work relationships.

When life's challenges feel overwhelming, burdensome, confusing, uncertain, hopeless, or difficult to imagine changed, it can make all the difference to find the right support to guide you or your loved one to a renewed sense of strength.

As a certified trauma professional, I aim to create a warm, inclusive, brave space in which my clients can explore their life experiences. I believe each individual is unique, as are their therapeutic needs, and I use a variety of evidence-based treatment models including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), IFS-informed, and mindfulness techniques to help guide our sessions. To that end, I also do not believe in pathologizing people, reducing them to a diagnosis or viewing them as a problem to “fix.” I believe in building a collaborative and trusting therapeutic relationship, to help re-define what the therapeutic space can be.

My name is Dannielle but most friends and clients call me Danni. I have been in the field for 9 years. I started with children ages 3-10 and have more recently enjoyed working with middle and high school aged kids, teens and adults.

Rittenhouse Psychiatric Associates is a private practice comprised of over 20 psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners and psychotherapists who perform in-office and virtual Telehealth psychiatric evaluations, medication management and psychotherapy. I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in Pennsylvania. and New York. My job is to help clients identify how they feel about themselves and circumstances in their lives and to assist in the navigation of these experiences. In addition to psychotherapy, I perform comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations for accommodations for work and school.
