As a child of Indo-Caribbean immigrants, I am uniquely positioned to offer support to folks who exist in the in-betweens of cultures and lineages. My work is rooted in an understanding of systemic oppression; I strongly believe that it is not possible to consider healing outside the context of our external realities. Nonetheless, I believe in helping folks find strength through a connection to the endurance of their lineages, within themselves and their relations, and through their spirituality. We have so much to offer to ourselves, each other, and the world when we root in who we are with authenticity and integrity.

Sometimes it can be challenging to navigate the ups and downs of life. When things are going well, we want skills to build on what we already know. When things are difficult, we want support. I am here to help clients navigate challenges and relationships in life.

I'm a Bilingual Licensed Master Social Worker with over 9 years of expierence. My focus areas include trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, self-esteem & school related problems. I have an undeterred commitment to helping people learn to navigate their vision of self-help via social work. I strongly believe that social work is a paramount building block to self-esteem and empowerment and have proven that a mindful approach to social work can greatly impact one’s life.
