This foggy knowing led me to study psychology, so I could find my remedy and this learning led me to become a therapist so I could help folks find theirs. Part of what I've learned so far, is there are aspects of our culture, which encompasses our ways of being, thinking, feeling, that get in the way of accessing our remedy, our self-at best.
