As a somatic based psychotherapist, I specialize in the treatment of trauma and work with individuals seeking support around transitions, grief, stress, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. Working in a whole body approach to therapy supports you to access beliefs and release experiences that have been held in the body in order to move forward.
