I am a Certified Sex Therapist and Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Denver and Boulder. Additionally, I received Marriage and Family Therapy training at Denver Family Institute where I worked extensively with couples, individuals, and families on damaging relationship patterns, strengthening emotional connections, and communication skills. I have extensive work with LGBTQIA+ individuals and couples, polyamory, consensual non monogamy, out of control sexual behavior, kink, and many other sex related issues. I also love to use spirituality & mindfulness such as meditative & grounding techniques.
