I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and graduated with my Master of Social Work degree from the University of Southern California in 2011. I have over a decade of experience in the health and mental health fields including community health, community mental health, and hospice.

As relational beings, the experience of feeling connected to our authentic self and that of others is essential to wellness. Investigating the multi-layered stories that are told about us, that often inform how we view ourselves, is critical to finding alternative ways of stepping into the power of our truths. Exploring, and interrogating, the messages that are intimately tied to culture, ancestry, and community can offer wisdom necessary in addressing problems in living folks experience. Whether seeking individual, relational, or family therapy, I believe the healing journey is inherently a collective one.

As CEO/Director of Mental, Emotional, and Spiritual Care at Radical Change Therapy, I am committed to building a unicorn mental health practice where therapist-mentors help clients identify and unlearn destructive life, career, and relationship patterns that they began as a result of traumatic interpersonal experiences, such as mother-child trauma, daddy issues, toxic friendships, sibling rivalry, intimate partner violence, sexual abuse, spiritual abuse, and educational/workplace abuse.
