I utilizes a variety of treatment modalities including solution focused therapy, strategic family systems therapy, client-centered therapy, experiential action oriented practices, and mindfulness techniques.
I work with a variety of populations. Including transitioning youth, blended families, veterans, elderly, those struggling with addiction, LGBT individuals, children, and adolescents. I also implement action oriented experiential techniques when working with clients.
