My work as a therapist and an art therapist since 2014 has focused on supporting clients through life transitions, grief, identity concerns, coping with symptoms of anxiety and depression, and reducing pain while increasing ability for coping. I have experiences working with individuals in individual and group therapy using talk therapy and also art therapy. My populations have included emerging adults and adults at other points in their lifespan. I offer in-person and virtual appointments in the afternoons, evenings, and Saturdays.
