I will help you develop inner strength and creativity to remedy depression, anxiety, and unhappiness. I believe that we all must weather challenges throughout life, and sometimes we need assistance to endure and make sense of these trials in a way that helps us to grow into the best versions of ourselves. I completed my residency at Harvard Medical School/Boston Children's Hospital and a post-doctoral fellowship at Northwestern University/The Family Institute.
