Life presents us with many challenging events. It can be difficult to maneuver through the maze of life by yourself. I am here to guide you through this journey with an open heart and an open mind. I have created a judgement free environment, so we can explore your feelings of sadness, anxiety, loss, and any other emotions that you are experiencing. I integrate cognitive behavioral and family systems approaches and interventions. I believe a person's experiences are reflective of their family experiences, and that if a person replaces negative behaviors with positive behaviors, they can better their lives.
