As a therapist I believe in creating a safe space where my clients feel like they can learn more about themselves and reach their personal goals. It's also okay if you don't know what those goals look like. Vulnerability is a strength and I like to work from a strength-based approach. You don't have to be ready or committed to change in order to seek therapy. In fact, you can benefit greatly just by being curious.
