I am a Licensed Certified Social Worker who has had the joy and honor of helping others for the last ten years. My lived experiences as a woman of color, a former foster child, and a member of the LGBTQIA+ community allows me to connect with others on topics of gender, sexuality, race, intersectionality and more as it relates to everyday life and its challenges. My focus is on helping persons experiencing depression, anxiety, and adjustment to life stressors while working on improving communication skills, building boundaries, and strengthening relationships.

Sometimes, the bravery it takes to step into the life you want for yourself can be shaken by the allure of familiarity- old patterns of behavior and thinking can be both maddening and comforting simultaneously. When the desire to change begins to outweigh the comfort associated with the ways you've always done things, knowing how to show up in the world in new ways is daunting. Helping you decipher the functions of unhelpful behavior patterns, release what is no longer serving you, and enhance the areas of your life that align with your ideal self are core to the work we will do together.
