Is anxiety a constant struggle? Do negative thoughts and worries keep you from exploring new possibilities? Or do you battle self-doubt, self-criticism, perfectionism, or the feeling that you are not enough? Maybe you are facing illness, injury, or a transition. Dealing with stress is natural; being perpetually “stressed out” and overwhelmed is not. Anxiety needn't rob you of your confidence and enthusiasm for the things that matter to you. You can develop new strategies for working with anxiety so you can manage challenges, achieve performance excellence, or just engage with your life more fully.
I work with people who want to not only manage stress but thrive under pressure. I have specialized training in performance enhancement and working through performance anxiety. As a professional musician, I particularly enjoy working with performing artists and others whose work demands high performance. I also love to help folks work to heal trauma wounds.
I would be honored to come alongside you to help you manage stress and work through anxiety. And if you would like to do a deeper dive into what might be interfering with your ability to manage stress, like trauma, we can do that too. I have an approachable, down-to-earth style and want you to feel safe to explore your inner world without fear of judgment.
