I have a passion to help individuals, children and teens that are struggling with present and past life challenges. Oftentimes we let traumatic experiences and negative thoughts and behaviors shape our lives and how we cope. I believe through empathy, understanding and a warm presence I can help adjust these things hindering life from actively moving forward. Resulting in a client feeling safe and vulnerable enough in the space and process to express oneself and be true to who they are and what they are really feeling.
Utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Theory, Solution focused and other integrated approaches I believe we can alter negative self-talk, understand connections between past and present ways of navigating through one's life, realizing and working through core beliefs and building solutions that can bring about positive change.
This is a collaborative experience and I'm excited to walk alongside my clients to embark on a life changing journey!
