I have been trained in Gottman Method Couple's Therapy Level 1 and Level 2, Great Start Premarital Counseling, and I am an ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider.
I enjoy helping my clients acknowledge and utilize the strengths and resources available to them, coupled with effective information, resources, and interventions, to foster growth and healing.
