Welcome! I’m Rachelle Ryan, a National Board Certified, Clinical psychotherapist, licensed in Texas. Over the last 19+ years, I’ve worked in a variety of settings including foster care, community mental health, university counseling, group private practice and independent private practice. My areas of expertise include anxiety (social anxiety, panic, OCD, generalized anxiety), depression, trauma, and women’s mental health. I also specialize in grief, stress-management, parenting, coaching, and sports, creative, and academic performance. I provide individual treatment for adults.
I offer an affirming and non-judgmental, safe space where collaboration and empowerment are central to the therapeutic process. I guide clients toward more awareness of their combined patterns of thoughts, feelings, impulses, and physical sensations. I offer a warm, supportive, interactive, compassionate, and straight-forward approach to therapy.
I will assist you in creating positive changes in your life by increasing awareness of thought patterns, behaviors, and beliefs that may be blocking you from achieving your goals, creating healthy relationships, or keeping you stuck. My clients gain deeper insight, a sense of independence, and resilience to move forward.
